I am very detailed oriented and persistent. My attention to detail and follow-up has won me many clients along the way. As a FULL time Real Estate professional, Real Estate is my passion. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Negotiating the best possible deal for you is a best part of my job. I work differently from most other realtors. I take a consultant approach with my clients. Finding out your needs/wants and building a trusted relationship would be my first priority. 

I hold a certification by National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) which allows me to qualify sellers for short sales; develop a short-sale package; negotiate the offers with lenders. Many cases, short sales are the win-win situation to both homeowner and the lender.

I have been a real estate investor since early 2000. Finding great investment opportunities for my investor clients or myself is something I love to do. Triangle area has been referred to as the "Silicon Valley of the south". With many great Universities, hospitals, Research Triangle Park have offered many great job opportunities. On top of that, beautiful beaches in the east, mountains in the west, mild weather have attracted many people to either retire or relocate here. People are coming and going ALL year round. What a wonderful real estate investment place!

North Carolina has been my home since 1984. I came to Triangle area for higher education and the job opportunities. The southern hospitality and the traditional Chinese culture have deeply rooted in my heart. I love to work with people and go extra miles to help anyone who needs my help. No matter what your or anyone you know needs are, whether is buying, selling, investing, or renting, I am here to help. I believe that being ethical, knowledgeable, persistent, perseverance, and caring will lead me to be a successful real estate professional. Client's satisfaction is my best interest.

That said, in my experience as a Greater Cary real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.  I do set a high standard for my Real Estate practice.
